Honestly I'm unable to co-related the data you have provided through image file,,, as you have written that you want to find SOAK, SAW & UNCOVER dated, what I guess is all you need to find difference between dates or may be the date you want to SOAK, SAW & UNCOVER ,, for all these a mechanism is required that you have to show us must be the pattern in terms of dates like date on the crop SOAK and next SAW and how days should be counted in between,,, whether are depends on Croup Type and others!!
