Simple scheduling worksheet

I want to create a spreadsheet with a collum of days of the month say 31 cells and next to each day a pulldown that references a collum of possible names that when selected show in that cell as the selected name. This will be a shared worksheet that can be edited by all of the names in the list. The name list is a separate spreadsheet.

@Gary_Van_Dyke See the attached workbook for two techniques of storing the list of names: using a range (in fact, a dynamic named range, to ease maintenance) or using an Excel table.
