Simple formulas returning zero!

Hello,

I have read answers to similar problems but can't relate them to my problem, which will be easy for you guys I'm sure.

Why do the formulas in I18 and I19 return values of zero??

@Benet Gregory You have formula in F28, =E28*E28+F28:CF311 which is causing a circular reference. You probably need to change it to =E28*E28
