@Hollywood40 In the Page Lay-out ribbon, choose Page Setup (alternatively File, "Page Setup..." in the top menu). Choose the correct setting for each of the worksheets, i.e. portrait or landscape, zoom level or perhaps one sheet needs to 1 page wide and 2 tall. Or the other way around, or leave one of them blank to let Excel automatically paginate it.
You can also insert page breaks on every single sheet where you want them to be.
When you then select all sheets and Print to PDF, each sheet's individual settings are taken into account.
