Sheet view in Excel-online not available

I want to collaborate on a Excel file with some colleagues using excel-online on a company OneDrive and use the sheet view functionality to individually filter the data for each user.

But the sheet view function is not available at all in excel-Online. The view tab looks like this

Also when a user filters the data sheet view is not offered as an option.

I used excel2016 to generate the file and is in .xlsx format. Then uploaded it on the OneDrive.

What could be the reasons that sheet view is not available?

With Excel Online is that free version or you are on Office 365 subscription?

It's a company account. I have the Office 2016 desktop version but some colleagues have Office365. The excel-online opens automatically when I open the file on the OneDrive.
