Sharing a workbook with macros to other devices

Copper Contributor

Hello. I am a student trying to configure how to send a workbook with macros from a school mac to my school macbook and phone so i can work on my accounting outside the computer lab and keep it for backup. I am certified in MS excel and word but since I'm on mac some of the backstage is unfamiliar to me. The macs are both school property, but i figured out i can enable macros without safety. Everytime i try to convert the file i can only send it without macros. I would like to convert the file to .xslm (or whatever the suffix with macros enabled is) and copy the link and send it to myself through an email. I have turned off read-only already and macros are enabled without security. I would sincerely appreciate your help.

To share a workbook with macros from your Mac to another device, save the file in Excel, send it via email, and access the file on your device. Ensure compatibility with Excel and consider cloud backup for easy access.
