Separating Text

Hello, I'm an Excel novice and would love any assistance you may be able to offer please. I am trying to separate the text in column A into individual cells. I have done it manually in Row 1 to show what I require. I'm familiar with Concatenate to put them back together, just not how to separate. Punctuation is not required, but not necessary to remove either. Thank you in advance for any suggestions you may have :)
