Selected one in dropdown and it changes the data in other cells

Good day Everyone!
I am creating a class record in Excel wherein I have the first sheet as the INPUT DATA (name of students and subject I am teaching), and 4 sheets for 4 gradings we will have.

I would like to ask how can I run a workbook that has a drop down list of 4 subjects and that once I choose which subject am I teaching, the 1st grading percentage for the first part changed the percentage of the whole column since different subjects have different percentage for 2 parts. I hope anyone can help me with this.

And so, if other subject teachers used the said class record, they will just select their subject taught then the percentage recommended for their subject will also automatically change on the 1st-4th grading.

With your permission, if I can recommend you, add a file (without sensitive data) to your project.

Explain your plans in relation to this file. So you can get a solution that is tailored to your needs much faster.

At the same time, it is much easier for someone who wants to help to understand the subject.

A win-win situation for everyone.

Please no Picture, even if it is said that a picture can say a thousand words, it is certainly not in the case of Excel, on the contrary in some cases.

* Knowing the Excel version and operating system would also be an advantage.

Thank you for your understanding and patience
