Select 3 equal cels

Hi people,

I have 4 cels. Three are equals and 1 different. I want to select 3 equal cels, because I need to dell this one different. Well, I have a long list with this situation.

I tried with Remove Duplicate tool, but it selects 2 cells and more.

I just need to select 3 cells.

@rasga2000 , if you want the output like below image, then see attached excel file for the required formula. If this is not what you wanted, then please upload an example excel file which has sample input data and typed output data as you want it to be.
