Segregating data into separate tables using excel data forms

Hi - My Team typically uses the same table structure to input data related to specific subjects. Due to frequent issues with data input errors, i was looking to create an excel data form to manage the information. The data needs to be separated into different tables based on an input subject title. Looking to have several tables created on a page with spaces in between the tables. Hopefully this can be setup as a template to be used repetitively.

The Data Form feature only works on a single table I'm afraid.
