seeking excel method/function to group text in rows

I have a report that I would need to group the data from multiple rows into one cell. For example, for the chart below, I would like all of this information in one line like this: 

test

123

apples oranges grapes bananas

First Name	Last Name	Data to be grouped
test	123	apples
test	123	oranges
test	123	grapes
test	123	bananas
