For this situation, I am given an input value much larger than the value I am looking for. I have a row of item numbers that correspond to an item. I need to be able to input a value and have it reciprocate the horizontal item pertaining to the item number. For example, if I have an input value of "1239999123," I need to search through the item number column for "9999," which is contained within the larger input value. The only solution I have seen is when I input a smaller amount of characters and relate it to a larger amount of characters, such as searching for "1" in "1 2 3." In this situation, I need the opposite. I have attached the excel file below. Any help would be appreciated.
