Screen Shot Appears Briefly in Excel

I am using two monitors on my PC (Surface Pro 7, Windows 11 Home, Office 365), I display one excel sheet on each monitor to be able to work on the two sheets conveniently. I have noticed that when I move from monitor 1 to monitor 2 with my mouse, the excel file on monitor 2 briefly displays a screen shot of itself on top of it (smaller though) and then it disappears as soon as I click anywhere. This has been very annoying, and distracting and I could not figure out why this is happening in Excel. Any help to stop this from happening will be appreciated.
