Screen background

Somehow, I have changed my screen peripheral appearance from the traditional all-white colour with black writing to the opposite i.e. a black periphery with white letters and numerals. How do I change back to the old format?

In general that's File->Options->General->Office Theme. But in Excel the grid is always white, or you mean something else?
