Saving a file on Excel

Hi there,

I am using Excel on Office 365 installed on my Mac Book Pro.

On one of my file created by my accountant, every time I want to save this file on a different name and location. The following message comes up: "You're not allowed to save this file in this location" "Verify you have access..."

So I can save the file, but I cannot save it as. 

Could someone explain me why?
