Save a spreadsheet "read only" prompt

I have several worksheets open throughout the day, adding new data and making changes. Since we upgraded to 365, if I leave it open all day, I cannot save all the data I have entered without changing the name or using the "save as" feature.  I used to be able to do this, and no one else is using these worksheets, so why is it telling me it is a "read only" file? Never had this problem before...
