We have configured Windows AD Single Sign On feature for Analysis plug-in in Microsoft Excel but post we configured constrained delegation in the Windows AD service account through which SSO has been configured since then the SSO is not working.
Constrained delegation is required for SSO feature to work for Chrome and edge browsers and also it makes a service account more secure.
Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue if anyone has faced it earlier. We have already raised a high priority ticket "Incident 774085/2021 (P2) - AFO SSO Issue" with SAP on 1st November but they are not responding.
We are on AFO 2.7 SP5 and
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 4 Patch 3
