Run-time 429 error ActiveX component cant create object

In order to address the problem, I've deleted the 99% of the codes from the project, but still getting the same weird problem:  Run-time error 429: ActiveX component cant create object

Code a follows:

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
Dim cName As String

End Sub

Before I've created personal.xlsb from the scratch, moved the project to a new xlsm file and get back again after the creation. Problem's been solved! FYI.

p.s. Thanks to everyone who has thought about the problem, though not solving it. :)
