Rounding on Excel

I am trying to distribute evenly across the seven days. I used the round up and round down options, but neither will work since the total will be a lot high than the 200 presented at the top. Any idea how I I can do this easily?

I am trying to make this process more dynamic. So if there are only three dates, then the data would only get distributed across the three day.
