Hi,

Prior to Excel 2013, all Excel open workbooks are contained into one window and shared the same ribbon, this feature is known as Multiple Document Interface (MDI).

But in Excel 2013 and later, the Excel team have changed the way the Excel workbooks are displayed so that each Excel open workbook is displayed in its own window and has its own ribbon, and this feature is known as Single Document Interface (SDI).

So the feature you're asking for is no longer exist, but you can vote to this idea if want Excel team restore it.

Regards

Tks very much!!!!@Haytham Amairah
