Resizing workbook does not work

Hi,

I've been using Excel for many years and I've never had this problem. When I try to resize a workbook by going up to one of the corners of the book, the cursor does not change shape as it usually does, and I am unable to get it to drag the edges/sides of the book to resize. When I click on the Restore Down button, it also does not appear to work. Have tried restarting but problem still exists.

It can help us all if you upload an Excel file (without sensitive data), no picture.

So you could get a precise solution much faster.

This would also be a blessing for us, as we can understand the problem much better, a win-win situation for everyone.

The way you described the problem, I can't really understand what the problem is.
