Reduce items in the drop-down list

Hi,

I’m running the NFL survival pool.

The rules are simple:

1. Every week you pick 1 team to win
2. Your team lost – you are out!
3. Your team won – good! You are continuing to the next week, BUT, you cannot pick the same team again
4. The winner is the last runner

I’m starting with a list of 32 teams and every week and I need to remove the picks for each user.

How can I create a drop-down list that removes my previous picks?
