Recalcitrant link

Impossible to break a link between an existing Excel workbook and another Excel workbook that had been used as a template. The source workbook is indeed listed in the "Links" table, but the "Break link" action does not remove it. How to break this recalcitrant link?

Download findlink from https://www.manville.org.uk/software/findlink.htm . I advise not to use the break link button ever, you may remove formulas from your model if you do so. It may also turn a live chart into one that is now using hard-coded numbers.
