Really annoying problem

Every time I change data in my worksheet I get the following message.

Excell ran out of resources while attempting to calculate one or more formulas.  As a result these formulas cannot be evaluated.

I cannot find where the issue is in my worksheet

Most probably that's wrong usage of arrays in formula which was not critical in previous versions of Excel. Without the file it's hard to be more concrete.
