I am trying to copy some 20,.000 plus files from Windows 10 on my old computer to Windows 11 on my new computer. I have the files copied over OK but when I try to open them I get an error message saying file is "read only or encrypted". I encrypted one file a few years ago and my old computer seems to have taken that as an instruction to encrypt every file since then. I have tried taking the encryption off but without success. Anybody any ideas/suggestions on how remove from all files together?
