Lets say I have a tab with 2020Q1 data and then I add a new tab with 2020Q2 data in the same format. Is there a way a dynamically change the links from the 2019 tab to the 2020 tab? Ideally I want to be able to name the tab being referenced and have everything relinked automatically. Please advise.

If I understand what you're requesting, it seems very likely that you could use the INDIRECT function to accomplish that. I use it in a workbook I have to accomplish something very comparable to what you describe.

Here's a link to a site that describes how to use INDIRECT: https://exceljet.net/excel-functions/excel-indirect-function
