Ranking Results

I'm using Office 365 and I'd like to know how I could rank results from a row of numbers to the same row in different cells showing the results. I have attached a sample of the data. I want the results ranked in the top 5.

I am not sure exactly what you want.
However, a RANK function is probably what you are looking for.

Thanks, and yes I am looking for a rank function however that article is based on an average calculation. I have added more detail within the attached workbook hoping that will provide more detail. My apologies for the lack of a proper description.

Hi,

Please find your excel sheet attached with updated formulas. You will likely have to make some additions to the formulae if you wish to also report the source of the error (e.g. voip vs internet ...)
