Random Borders in Pivot Table Cells

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I have multiple pivot tables on a TAB.

they all run from same data and the filter for all of them is Slicer

I've made sure all pivots have same design (no borders) , I've even selected the entire page and removed all borders from cells

However, when I use the slicer and move from one filter to another random borders appear around cells . Pivots work fie, it just makes them all look untidy

I am a bit lost as to why it keeps doing this

They all have preserve formatting selected and autoresize unselected

Are they really random? Is there any relationship between the slicer used and the cells that display borders? It's just a hypothesis on my part, but something I'd want to check out if I were in your shoes.

Is it possible for you to attach a copy of the workbook/spreadsheet in question or does it contain information that needs to be kept confidential?

did you ever find a solution? I'm running into the same issue
