Rand() function

How do I copy a cell with Rand() function into another cell without the original cell changing numbers?

You could set Calculation Options on the Formulas tab of the ribbon to Manual temporarily.

But as soon as you set it to Automatic again, the formulas in both the source cell and target cell will be recalculated.
