"Rolodex" to spreadsheet...

I have a list of businesses laid out as a list (see attachment), like a series of Rolodex cards (for you oldtimers). The person that sent it to me swears that it can't be exported as an excel spreadsheet.

Can you see any way to turn something like this into a tidy spreadsheet?

You'll see there are about 45 Label/Field combinations. The Labels are always the same, the Fields vary.

Wouldn't it be nice to see the labels across the top, and rows of business underneath?

Can it be done automatically? there are about 400 "cards"...

Does your screenshot contain real data? If so, please replace it with fake information to protect the privacy of those people.

On your problem: Am I right that the fields are not necessarily in the same order for the subsequent cards? And that each card may not even have the same number of rows?
Ask that person what other exporting formats they have available, perhaps one of then is properly table-shaped with fields at the top and records in rows.
