At times your users might encounter issues with Office Add-ins that you develop. For example, an add-in fails to load or is inaccessible. Use the information in this article to help resolve common issues that your users encounter with your Office Add-in.
Troubleshoot user errors with Office Add-ins
When you attempt to install an Office Add-in from the Office Store you receive the following error:
We can't start this app because it isn't set up properly?

@Alex_D-Oracle Wondering if community can help with our ADFDI add-in issues. Working with Oracle support also, but not moving forward. Have tried several program and OS updates but same issue. We are seeing same issue with 32-bit and 64-bit Excel (O365 version 2407). Windows 11 Enterprise, latest version. Running ADFDI plug-in version 5.2.2.27711 (tried both current user and all users install options) - The plug-in always works first time after a computer restart. When users go to run another journal later it typically does not load the plug-in. They can restart system or manually end Excel process in Task Manager (running desktop app, not under a browser), then it will load the plug-in again. I believe this is related to a plug-in bug since I see error below in the ADFDI log on all our failing systems (CoreWebView2 successfully initializes on first run after restart😞
