Recently installed Microsoft 365. Changed the location of the Quick Access Toolbar from below the Ribbon to above it for both Excel and Word.
The Word QAT remains above the Ribbon.
The Excel QAT resets to below the Ribbon after I close Excel and reopen it. This happens whether or not I open a document.
The only process that works to get the QAT in Excel above the Ribbon is to right-click on the toolbar and select Above the Ribbon, but it does not remain there.
Going into Options and changing the behavior does nothing.
Any idea as to how I can get Excel to keep the QAT above the Ribbon?
