Question related to Conditional formatting

Hello Everyone,

Can you please show with example of Conditional formatting -

Let say - 

1 --> Highlight the cell which is less than 30 days from the today's date?

2 --> Highlight cell which is less than 30 days of specific date(let say : 13-March-2022)

Please help..??
