Question related percentage difference

How to calculate percentage difference for each week for each salesperson. what I mean is that I wanna know what is the progress of each sales person week wise?

Sir, why we leave space in Week 1?

Because we cannot calculate a percentage for the first week - there is no week before it to compare with.
