I have 2 employees with pay dates: how can I display by employees' names and the unique pay dates for each unique employee

Hi,
I suggest to use the Remove Duplicates tool as the below screenshot:
After the Remove Duplicates dialog box shows up, please make sure that all columns are selected, and the checkbox of (My data has headers) is checked, then hit OK.

I do have situations where 2 or more employees have the same pay period. Like so.....

Sorry, but that doesn't make sense!
I need more explanations!
There is an employee has a pay date and another one has the same one, and that's the case with Jono and Barbara! They both don't have a unique pay date!
With regards to the employee Jane, all his pay dates are unique!

This is the case of two employees starting on the same date and subject to the same pay cycle. I like to know a method that would allow me to ask excel to restart new unique date values for every unique employee, who in this case may be starting on the same day.
