Hi,
I am trying to make an excel form that multiple people could fill out, like a registration form. And I want to be able to save each person's filled out form for later viewing (kind of like Google Forms can do). But, I don't want to have to make a new worksheet for every time someone fills out the form, because this would mean over 60 worksheets in one file. And if I have to make a later edit to the form template, I don't want to have to do it 60+ times.
Is there a way I can do something like this in Excel?
The reason I haven't used Google Forms is because I like the customizability of excel, plus I don't want to store any sensitive information on the web. Thanks for your help!

Surveys in Excel, hosted on the OneDrive
Surveys let other people fill out your list—like a sign-up sheet or questionnaire—where you can see it all in one place online. Here’s how to create your survey in OneDrive and OneDrive for work or school.
Hope I was able to help you with this information/link.
