I am setting up an excel spreadsheet and am relatively new to it, I want to subtract several cells Jan-Dec off an allocation of days to get the residual balance and can't get the formula right, Can anyone help?

Please explain more or support with an example sheet

so you have a cell with a number of days, then you want to subtract days from each month? 

I am not sure what is the problem.
