So - I imported Files into a query using the data from folder option. The files all have the same header so that the team knows what they are entering into the spreadsheet. I just want the header on the query but it shows every couple of lines for each different file. After I format the query (after closing and loading) once I refresh it after changing data in a file the format goes back to the original pre-formatting. How do I get my query to keep the format even after I hit refresh? I have attached the file for a reference.
