Queries not loading...

Hello - I got help a while ago, but when I reload my query on my Excel sheet, it doesn't seem to work.  

Here are my two files (2016-2023 OR Data) is the file with the query, and it should be connected to the December OR report.  

Can you help me get this query to work, and how to problem solve this going forward?  I need to update this report monthly.

I got help a while ago... You seem to refer to Standardizing a report where, despite a follow-up, you provided no feedback. Good luck...
