I have a spreadsheet with multiple tabs, our team fill in a quantity tab on each row if they need an item.
I would like to try and create a pick list of sorts on a tab so that only rows with a number in the quantity column appear in the pick list tab.
Is this possible?

It’s possible to create a pick list that automatically pulls through rows with a number in the quantity column to a new tab in Excel. You can achieve this using a combination of formulas and features such as FILTER (available in Excel 365 and Excel 2019) or INDEX and MATCH functions for earlier versions of Excel.
