Protecting cells

How do you keep the contents of one cell from bleeding over onto the cell to the right if you don't have any text in it? Thanks.

@Morgan1350 You can select Home -> Wrap Text (in the Alignment group).  And if you don't like the row height changing lock the row height Home -> Format -> Row Height.  If you aren't sure what height you place the cursor between 2 row headings and when it changes you can click and see the present row height and then set it to that height or after you choose Wrap Text you can highlight all the rows and drag them to the height you want them set to.
