Protected Cells

I would like to enable entry in some cells and block editing in others (this I can do) however, when the formula cells are blocked I would still like to be able to select and view the formual but not edit the formual.  Any ideas?

In the below case I have lock my column but still able to view the formula,

just need to selects the cell > press / ctrl+1 > protection > select "Locked" only

After this goto review >protect sheet

I can see the formula but cannot edit.
