Problem with date conditional formatting

Copper Contributor

Hello everyone, im having trouble conditional formatting some dates in excel, as you can see in the screenshots, I inserted a IF function to check if the formula (between 30 and 15 days ago) is actually true, also the next one doesnt seem to work (less than 15 days ago).

Today is 29/01/2020.

Thanks to everyone for your help.

Much better if you attach sample file instead of screenshot.

In your rules not formulas, just texts, e.g
