Hi everyone,
Today, while working on my excel sheet, I faced a problem. Indeed, I have an Excel spreadsheet which works very well now. I have a sheet where I can create my groups of lines without any problem. However, I have another sheet in the same Excel spreadsheet or when I want to create a grouping of lines, nothing will happen, only a very thin gray bar will appear at the location of the grouping, without being able to do anything about it.

It seems like you are experiencing issues with data grouping in Excel, where the grouping lines do not appear or function as expected in one of your sheets. This issue can occur for various reasons, and I will provide some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve it:
If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a specific issue related to your Excel file or installation. In such cases, it would be beneficial to have more information about the digital environment. Information such as Excel version, operating system, storage medium, etc.
This would lead to a more accurate and faster solution suggestion.

My Excel 365 (Both Personal and Business) doesn't support New Excel Functions: GROUPBY and PIVOTBY, could you please suggest how to resolve the issue? Thanks

That doesn't have to do anything with the subject of this discussion. But GROUPBY and PIVOTBY are currently only available to Microsoft 365 Insiders. They will probably be rolled out to regular users sometime during 2024.
