I need to write a formula for conditional formatting that compares cell A*10000 with cell B and highlights one color if greater than and another if equal or less than.

SolutionIf you mean compare the value of the each cell in column A, multiplied on 10000, with the value in the adjacent cell in column B and colour cells in column A, when you may use two conditional formatting rules with formulas
=$A1*10000>$B1 =>first rule =$A1*10000<=$B1 =>second rule
and apply them to $A:$A
