Hi, my name is Andrea and i have some issues whit a Macro in Excel, since i change mi laptop. I have an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh1xxx and every time i use an specific excel file creathed whit Macro, my laptop crashes to a black screen and nothing works until i reset the computer. I have contactes whit HP tech support and they tell me that it is a problem with excel with windows and not a hardware failure. I have to say that excel works fine in my computer, whit the exceptión of this file whit Macro. To clarify, I've used this file with other computers and it works great, so I'm assuming the problem is my new computer with this specific file when I execute a macro. I really appreciate if someone can help me to to solve this problem.
