Problem inserting worksheet

I am trying to insert a new worksheet into an excel file that is shared.  For some reason the insert option is grayed out.  Could someone please help me with this?

Could you provide a screen shot of the entire app please? It might be that you are in Read-only mode if the workbook is locked out by another user (e.g. check the top bar of the Excel app and see if it says Read-only).

The screen shot will help to figure out what is happening.
