I am having hard time downloading excel files from my company website. The file is an html, but when downloading from the company website, the only Save as Type file format is xls (which I need anyways). When I am downloading the file, (see picture attached), it shows the file type to save as *.xls
I click save to destination "MY Documents"
When I go into my documents, it is not there. I try in the search bar to find the file name but its not there. If I go to my company website to try and save the file again, when I am typing the new file name to save it as, I see the previously downloaded file in Documents and I can right click on the file to open it. But when I go to file back to my documents using file explorer it is still missing.
