Hi, I'm new to Excel and my algebra lessons were a long time ago!
What is the Excel formula for:-
If A1 = 1 and B1 = 0 and C1= 0 and D1 = 0, then E1 should show 1, or else stay blank

That's exactly as you say
=IF( AND( A1 = 1, B1 = 0, C1= 0,D1 = 0), 1, "")
in E1
