I strongly suspect that your question is out of the blue, with not enough information to even begin to answer. Why don't you try giving a bit more context: What's the relationship between the price list in Access and that in Excel? Which of the two is connected with the source info (i.e., which is the more timely and accurate) What is YOUR relationship to/responsibility for the Access db? What is YOUR relationship to/responsibility for the Excel list?
And so forth; don't limit your response to those questions, if there's more you're aware of that would help paint the bigger picture.
